The Minister Local Government Mr Arshad Ayub Khan visited Regi Model Town accompanied by the Secretary, Public Health Engineering (PHE), Director General (PDA), and other concerned officials. The purpose of the visit was to inspect and review the progress of ongoing development projects in the area.
During the visit, the dignitaries actively participated in the ongoing tree plantation campaign by planting a sapling at the local girls’ school, underscoring the Government's commitment to environmental sustainability.
Furthermore, the Minister formally inaugurated the newly installed solar lights at Central Park, donated by the Embassy of the People's Republic China, a step aimed at promoting green energy and enhancing public facilities.
