The Peshawar Development Authority maintains the official list of private housing schemes within its jurisdiction. Approved societies have a valid NOC and are classified as legal. Un-approved schemes have no NOC and are classified as illegal.
Investors should only purchase property in PDA-approved societies. Always verify a scheme against this list, or with the PDA office, before making any payment.
